    Product Description:
The MethHeadz Solenoid Forward Single 90 Degree Nozzle Methanol Injection System is expertly engineered to reduce air intake temperatures while increasing fuel delivery. By strategically placing a single nozzle into the air intake stream, this system enhances performance with a .310 orifice solenoid designed for high flow at fuel pressures up to 200 psi.

The included discharge nozzle allows for easy fuel volume adjustments, guided by the supplied flow bench-generated data card. This system comes with seven different tuning jets, providing accurate fuel flow measurements in pounds per hour at five pressure settings: 30 PSI, 100 PSI, 125 PSI, 160 PSI, and 190 PSI.

    Nozzle Placement:
Nozzle placement is crucial for effectively reducing air intake temperatures while ensuring optimal atomization. According to sanctioning rules and regulations, the nozzle must be positioned behind the throttle blade to prevent flashback in the event of an intake backfire. When placing the nozzle behind the throttle blade, we recommend aiming the discharge against the incoming airflow. This orientation promotes effective atomization of the fuel into the air stream.

If installing the discharge nozzle in the air intake tube, the ideal location is between 6" to 12" before the throttle body, with the discharge aimed directly at the throttle body. The further back the nozzle is placed in the air stream, the more time it has to reduce air intake temperatures and properly atomize the fuel. Proper nozzle placement is essential for maximizing the performance of your methanol injection system.
