Flow Bench Services
Nitrous System Inspection and Flowing Services
Nitrous Outlet specializes in the system inspection and flowing of nitrous systems and accessories. We utilize the same state of the art equipment used in our new product development department to inspect and resolve any issues within the nitrous system and provide an accurate jet mapping based off of the flow characteristics of the system.
Our system inspection process requires a complete tear down of the system. We look for expansion areas, restriction areas, leaks, blockage, solenoid performance and any other area that could cause a potential flow or performance issue.
The Nitrous Outlet flow bench utilizes a mixture of flow meters, load cells, and a great number of sensors to monitor the systems flow characteristics and provide the most accurate flow data possible. We supply our customers with every source of data needed for the customer to make educated tune up steps based off of Pounds Per Hour and Nitrous to Fuel ratios.
Stacking Systems, Two Or More Stages:
Stacking stages can become tricky during the tune up process. To properly provide the tuning data needed Nitrous Outlet Flows each stage (Per Tune Up) individually, then the systems are stacked. As a result, the correct PPH numbers are provided to insure selecting the proper timing and fueling choices as the systems activate.
Example: If the intake has 4 systems: Each system is flowed individually to ensure the system is flowing the correct PPH per tune up. Then the systems are stacked in the order that they would be activated going down the track. System 1 & 2. Then System 1, 2, & 3. Then System 1, 2, 3, & 4.
