We seek partners who are passionate about promoting, selling, and pushing the limits of our products. Nitro Dave’s LLC collaborates with a diverse range of customers and dealers, from small-town speed shops to large-scale resale warehouses. Our dealer system is designed to provide benefits tailored to businesses of any size.

Dealer Levels and Initial Purchase
Nitro Dave’s LLC offers several dealer levels based on initial purchase requirements and yearly minimums:

 All dealer levels require a valid business license, and tax ID. Initial purchases must be made in a single transaction and cannot be combined with previous orders to meet the initial purchase amount. The initial purchase requirements are calculated after applying the discount.

• Advancement: Your account will be automatically upgraded to the next dealer status and discount tier if your annual sales surpass the requirement for that tier.
• Decline: Failure to meet the minimum annual sales requirement for your current pricing tier will result in a downgrade to the next lower tier.
• Suspension: Dealers on the lowest tier whose annual sales fall below $1,000 will lose dealer privileges and be considered a retail account. Reapplying for dealer status requires a new application and buy-in, if approved.

Orders $10,000 to $19,999 receive free shipping. Orders $20,000 and over receive an additional 10% discount. Free shipping and 10% discount offers cannot be combined.	Orders $10,000 to $19,999 receive an additional 5% discount. Orders $20,000 and over receive an additional 10% discount. 5% and 10% discount offers cannot be combined.

Brick and Mortar Requirements

New dealers must operate a physical brick-and-mortar establishment. The business front must display clear signage; a banner hung on a building is not sufficient. Online-only retailers are not eligible for dealership.

Setting Up Your Account

To apply for a Nitro Dave’s LLC distributorship, complete and email or fax the enclosed applications along with copies of your business license, tax ID, business card, and a voided check. Additionally, provide photos of your business interior and exterior. Upon approval, a Nitro Dave’s LLC representative will assist in setting up your account and granting access to our online dealer portal
