The Flo Supply 4.5lb PowerFlow Sport Composite CO2 Bottle is engineered for maximum performance, lightweight durability, and improved flow capability. This complete bottle assembly features the Flo Supply PowerFlow Sport Billet Aluminum CO2 Bottle Valve with a massive .355" internal flow path designed to outperform traditional restrictive brass bottle valves.

The included billet aluminum valve comes standard with a Flo Supply glow-in-the-dark pressure gauge, NHRA blow-off fitting, and CGA 320 / 725-14 bottle nipple designed for hard mounting a CO2 regulator directly to the bottle. The traditional handwheel design provides smooth and reliable operation while maintaining a clean, high-end appearance.

The composite bottle is manufactured by fully wrapping an aluminum cylinder liner with carbon fiber. This construction provides additional strength and support for the cylinder, allowing it to be filled to higher pressures while significantly reducing weight compared to traditional steel or aluminum cylinders. The result is a lightweight, high-strength bottle with exceptional durability and performance.

This bottle weighs only 4.45 lbs empty and 8.95 lbs full while maintaining compact overall dimensions of 4.51" diameter x 26.88" total height including the bottle nipple.

Flo Supply designed this complete assembly to be a drastic upgrade in both performance and cosmetics compared to traditional industry-standard brass valve bottle setups.

For applications using a remotely mounted inline regulator, optional threaded bottle nipples are available separately for 4AN, 6AN, and 8AN feed line configurations.
