The Flo Supply 2.5lb PowerFlow Sport CO2 Bottle is designed for high performance, lightweight durability, and improved flow capability. This complete bottle assembly features the Flo Supply PowerFlow Sport Billet Aluminum CO2 Bottle Valve with a massive .355" internal flow path engineered to outperform traditional restrictive brass bottle valves.

The included billet aluminum valve comes standard with a Flo Supply glow-in-the-dark pressure gauge, NHRA blow-off fitting, and CGA 320 / 725-14 bottle nipple designed for hard mounting a CO2 regulator directly to the bottle. The traditional handwheel design provides smooth and reliable operation while maintaining a clean, race-ready appearance.

The bottle itself is manufactured from seamless extruded high-strength aluminum alloy and finished in a durable black powder coat for excellent resistance against scratches, corrosion, and harsh environments. Its lightweight and compact design makes it ideal for a wide variety of performance and compressed gas applications.

Bottle weight is only 4.45 lbs empty and 6.95 lbs full. Overall bottle dimensions measure 4.375" in diameter and 14.18" in total height including the bottle nipple.

For applications using a remotely mounted inline regulator, optional threaded bottle nipples are available separately for 4AN, 6AN, and 8AN feed line configurations.
