The Nitrous Outlet 2018–2023 Ford 5.0L Coyote Intake Spacer Plate Complete Nitrous System is a complete, bolt-on solution designed for improved nitrous and fuel distribution, easy tuning and serious horsepower capability.

Unlike traditional single-nozzle and throttle body plate systems that introduce nitrous and fuel farther upstream in the intake tract, the Nitrous Outlet Intake Spacer Plate System delivers nitrous and fuel directly into each intake runner, aimed toward the intake valve.

Moving the discharge point closer to the cylinder reduces travel distance and provides a more controlled delivery path for improved cylinder-to-cylinder distribution without the added complexity of a traditional direct port system.

The CNC-machined billet aluminum spacer plates install between the cylinder heads and intake manifold and add only ½” of intake height.

A custom-designed solenoid bracket mounts the nitrous and fuel solenoids off the throttle body, keeping the system clean and the jets easily accessible. Horsepower changes can be made without removing the intake manifold, making tuning and trackside adjustments quick and convenient.

The system supports adjustable power levels from 200 to 450 HP, with jetting included for 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 and 450 HP settings.

Each complete system includes the intake spacer plates, nitrous and fuel solenoids, custom solenoid mounting bracket, hoses, fittings, hardware, gaskets and required system components. Choose from no bottle, 10 lb., 12 lb. or 15 lb. nitrous bottle configurations.

Designed for gasoline or E85 applications, this system provides Coyote owners with a clean, highly tunable nitrous package that bridges the gap between conventional plate systems and full direct port systems.
