The Nitrous Outlet 4.5lb PowerFlow Sport Composite Nitrous Bottle combines ultra-lightweight composite bottle technology with the industry-leading PowerFlow Sport .355" billet bottle valve to create one of the most advanced powersports nitrous bottles available.

The bottle features an aluminum cylinder liner fully wrapped in carbon fiber, providing exceptional strength while dramatically reducing weight compared to traditional aluminum bottles. Weighing only 4.45 lbs empty and 8.95 lbs full, this bottle is ideal for motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other weight-sensitive racing applications. Compact dimensions of just 4.51" diameter and 26.88" total height make installation easy in tight spaces.

This bottle is also an excellent alternative for turbocharged and supercharged applications that require less nitrous volume. Its lightweight compact design makes it ideal for boosted combinations using nitrous for spool assistance, charge cooling, or supplemental power without the bulk and weight of larger bottles.

At the core of the system is the Nitrous Outlet PowerFlow Sport billet bottle valve featuring a massive .355" internal flow path — making it the highest flowing powersports-specific bottle valve in the industry. Designed from the ground up to eliminate restrictive flow paths and fragile internals found in traditional bottle valves, the PowerFlow Sport valve delivers maximum flow, durability, and reliability in harsh riding conditions.

The CNC machined billet aluminum valve includes a traditional handwheel design for smooth operation, a glow-in-the-dark nitrous pressure gauge, NHRA blow-off fitting, and removable pickup tube. The pickup tube comes installed for siphon-style operation but can easily be removed for applications that do not require one.
