Not sure but what you mean maintains bottle temp and pressure? Guess it do that by just being a basic cover? I mean if i heat up my bottle to the pressure I want and it will maintain it then I don't need a bottle heater on these bottles right? Just asking because as stated I don't need a bottle heater on the bottles according to this I can heat them up put the blanket on them and go wait until I'm ready to make a pass. If what's said is fact I'm not them but what to know this answer first.
