Flow Bench Services

Nitrous Outlet specializes in the system inspection and flowing of nitrous systems and accessories. We utilize the same state of the art equipment used in our new product development department to inspect and resolve any issues within the nitrous system and provide an accurate jet mapping based off of the flow characteristics of the system.

System Inspection:

Our system inspection process requires a complete tear down of the system. We look for expansion areas, restriction areas, leaks, blockage, solenoid performance and any other area that could cause a potential flow or performance issue.

Flowing Services:

The Nitrous Outlet flow bench utilizes a mixture of flow meters, load cells, and a great number of sensors to monitor the systems flow characteristics and provide the most accurate flow data possible. We supply our customers with every source of data needed for the customer to make educated tune up steps based off of Pounds Per Hour and Nitrous to Fuel ratios.

Wet Nitrous Plate, Spray Bar, & Puck Systems
· Single Stage - Single Entry - 6 tune ups - $400.00
· Single Stage - Dual Entry - 6 tune ups - $450.00
· Dual Stage - 6 tune ups (3 combinations) - $500.00
· Each additional tune up is $25.00

Dry Nitrous Plate, Spray Bar, & Puck Systems
