Q: Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. Please call (866) 648-7637 or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail. These orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges listed on our on-line order form. Any order over $150 that is shipped via US Mail will incur a $10 service charge over regular shipping. Please e-mail if you would like more information on this.

Our shipping cutoff is 1:30p.m CST, orders placed after that time will not be picked or shipped until the following business day. For example, if you place an order at 3:00p.m on Friday that order will not ship until the following Monday. Although we do our best to get orders out the same day they are placed we cannot always guarantee same day shipments. The only too ensure that your order will arrive on a desired date is to call and speak to sales tech that can properly schedule shipping. To have an shipment scheduled for Saturday delivery you must call and have a Nitrous Outlet sales tech schedule delivery. Estimated shipping days are based on business days only, Saturday and Sunday are not included in estimated shipping time. Orders shipped via UPS will receive tracking numbers via email after their order has shipped.

Nitrous Outlet collects certain personal information during account registration and order checkout. This information may include name, gender, address, telephone number, and customer vehicle data. However, we will never share, give away, or sell your personal information. All personal information collected by Nitrous Outlet is used only for order fulfillment and internal marketing purposes only.

We use industry standard SSL encryption technology during all exchanges of personal information.

At Nitro Dave's LLC (DBA Nitrous Outlet), we have a huge respect for your privacy. Third parties (such as AdRoll) may place cookies on your browser for targeted advertising purposes. We promise to not share your e-mail address, or any other customer information, with third parties. Your information is used, as necessary, to fulfill orders, keep you informed (if you wish) and for customer service. Q: Returns & Replacements

Nitrous Outlet cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call (866) 648-7637 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.

Q: Warranties

All of the products sold by Nitrous Outlet, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for racing and performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways.

Q: Payment

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER, as well as CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS. Sorry, No Personal Checks or COD Orders. We also accept Paypal payments from verified Paypal accounts. Please contact our sales department for more information.

International orders must be paid for via a bank wire transfer. Please call for further details and assistance.
