Q: Shipping & Delivery

Nitro Dave's LLC uses Fedex or USPS to ship most products. Customers may also use their own Fedex or UPS account for shipping product upon request. Shipping and insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Expedited delivery such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request. Saturday delivery also available upon request. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again. Please call (866) 648-7637 or e-mail customerservice@nitrousoutlet.com if you have any questions regarding shipping times, shipping charges on a specific product, or any other shipping related questions.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and internationally may be shipped via Fedex or USPS. These orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges listed on our online order form. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes applied to their package. Nitro Dave's LLC takes caution when sending products out that are high value. Any shipment totaling $800 and over will require a signature in order to be delivered. Intake manifolds and other high value items with custom work will be shipped back to customers with additional insurance added to insure both parties in the event of damage or lost shipments.

Nitro Dave's LLC has a shipping cutoff of 1:30 p.m. CST. Orders placed after that time will not be picked or shipped until the following business day. For example, if you place an order at 3:00 p.m. CST on Friday, that order will not ship until the following Monday. Although we do our best to get orders out the same day they are placed, we cannot always guarantee same day shipments. The only way too ensure that your order will arrive on a desired date is to call and speak to customer service representative that can properly schedule shipping. Estimated shipping days are based on business days only. Saturday and Sunday are not included in estimated shipping time.

Q: Returns & Replacements

Nitrous Outlet cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call (866) 648-7637 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.

Q: Warranty Policy

Limited 90 Day Warranty:

Nitro Dave’s LLC products are intended for competition and off-road use only. Nitro Dave’s LLC products, as well as custom labor services completed by Nitro Dave’s LLC, include a limited warranty for a period of 90 days after purchase. This limited warranty applies to all Nitro Dave’s LLC product lines exclusively, purchased from Nitro Dave’s LLC directly, or from a verified Nitro Dave’s LLC dealer, in brand new condition. The customer must be able to provide proof of original purchase. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It is the customer’s responsibility to install the products correctly on their application and use the products as intended. It is solely at the discretion of Nitro Dave’s LLC to decide what constitutes normal and proper use of its products. If a defect in material or workmanship is concluded, Nitro Dave’s LLC will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Extended Lifetime Solenoid Warranty:

Additionally, all Nitro Dave’s LLC solenoids include a limited lifetime warranty on components found to have manufacture or craftsmanship defects. This does not include standard wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the solenoids or components. Misuse or abuse include, but are not limited to, dimpling of the piston due to extended use or too much bottle pressure, as well as damage to the coil due to improper wiring.

Third Party Products Warranty Exclusion:

Nitro Dave’s LLC offers many different products from third party manufacturers. All third-party products sold by Nitro Dave’s LLC in brand new condition carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty provided for that product. Nitro Dave’s LLC offers no warranty for third-party products and it is recommended that customers contact the manufacturer of the product directly.

Warranty Process:

For Nitro Dave’s LLC to determine validity of a warranty claim, customers must contact our Sales/Technical Support team in order to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for that customer. Most issues can be resolved with some quick troubleshooting. If Nitro Dave’s LLC determines there may be a valid warranty claim, the customer will be issued and RMA number that must be placed on the box the product is being returned in. The customer is responsible for shipping cost returning the product back to Nitro Dave’s LLC. If the product is found not to be a valid warranty claim, customer will be responsible for return shipping as well. Q: Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash, certified checks and money orders. No personal checks or COD will be allowed. We also accept Paypal payments from verified Paypal accounts. Please contact our sales department for more information.

International orders must be paid for via a bank wire transfer. Please call for further details and assistance.

Nitrous Outlet collects certain personal information during account registration and order checkout. This information may include name, gender, address, telephone number, and customer vehicle data. However, we will never share, give away, or sell your personal information. All personal information collected by Nitrous Outlet is used only for order fulfillment and internal marketing purposes only.

We use industry standard SSL encryption technology during all exchanges of personal information.
